Preschool Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct interactive and engaging learning sessions for young children.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and social development in children.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress and growth through observations and reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about child development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, or a related field.
• Certification in early childhood teaching (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young children and parents.
• Creativity and patience in handling diverse learning styles and child behaviors.
• Passion for working with children and creating a fun learning environment.
• Basic computer skills for lesson planning and student progress tracking.
